RB International : Best Structured Products Bank CEE 2026

RB International

Structured-products outstanding volume rose 25 percent in 2025, while newly issued volume increased 43 percent, giving RB International a clear performance base across a 16-market Central and South-Eastern European footprint. Investor behaviour in the region has been shaped by high equity valuations, geopolitical uncertainty and a broader rise in investment-account activity across Europe. Within that setting, products offering buffers, protection mechanisms or enhanced coupons have met demand for market participation without full direct-equity exposure.

Channel design is central to the bank’s franchise. Products such as Raiffeisen Certificates and Retail Bonds are designed for advisory branches, private banking, and self-directed digital investors, with online broker applications already launched in the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovakia.

Speed of issuance adds a second execution advantage. Standard structures can move from idea to launch within hours, while more bespoke products may take days, allowing the bank to respond when volatility improves secondary-market conditions. Daily monitoring of inflows and outflows also showed resilience during recent stress periods.

Around 1,400 to 1,500 marketing materials are produced across jurisdictions and channels, creating a governance and operational-control challenge as much as a scale opportunity. Automation and AI are being applied to templates, translation, marketing production and trading workflows, a pragmatic efficiency agenda rather than a detached technology claim.

The wider RBI group context supports institutional capacity, with the interim evidence citing €1.443bn consolidated profit excluding Russia and a 15.5 percent CET1 ratio for 2025. The citation reflects regional momentum, disciplined multi-channel execution and attention to documentation and control in a complex cross-border product set. The Capital Finance International (CFI.co) Judging Panel congratulates RB International on winning the Best Structured Products Bank 2026 Award (CEE).
