Scottish Friendly continues to build upon a legacy that started back in 1862, when it operated under the name City of Glasgow Friendly Society. The mutual insurer is now responsible for over £5.4bn in assets under management and has a roster of more than 776,000 members. As a mutual, Scottish Friendly serves the interests of its members and isn’t beholden to shareholders.
