The firm was founded in 2000 to serve as the investment arm of the March Group, one of the great European banking dynasties. March AM was the first boutique to introduce thematic investment funds in Spain over a decade ago \u2014 and it\u2019s now a specialist. Funds centre around concerns for the planet and family businesses. The firm maintains low debt ratios by focusing on value creation. It has some \u20ac6bn in AUM and is developing value-added thematic funds. March AM\u2019s senior leaders are recognised players with over 35 years of combined experience and deep industry expertise. The team works in cohesive harmony and takes pride in deploying proven risk-management skills. March AM\u2019s investment philosophy centres around value creation and asset protection over the long term. It seeks out pricing inefficiencies that present opportunities for engaged, direct and active investors \u2014 then allocates portfolio assets and selects companies with tactical precision. March AM has developed a sustainable and responsible investment policy that ensures the decision-making process includes ESG criteria as well as quantitative and qualitative financial considerations.
