Headed by CEO Ali Al-Khalifa, the ASTAD team has worked on numerous major projects including the country\u2019s National Museum, National Library and the Qatar Foundation Stadium (venue for the 2022 FIFA World Cup). ASTAD is now the lead on several rail projects in the country). The company is now embarking on a five-year plan which will focus heavily on airport infrastructure work and expansion into Africa.
