This prize &#8211; \u00a0in the category of Transformation &amp; Empowerment &#8211; was made to mark the organisation\u2019s Outstanding Contribution to Youth Education in Africa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Education is key to creating the labour skills for FDI and the management skills necessary for developing society at large. SF works tirelessly in their educational programmes in Africa, which include economic empowerment activities, creativity competitions to stimulate innovation, feeding programmes in schools, scholarships and financial support (including for classroom upgrades).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AIM 2015, which was held from 30 March &#8211; 1 April at the Dubai international Convention and Exhibition Center, focused on \u2018Sustainable Development through FDI Induced Innovation and Technology Transfer\u2019.
