It joined the Access Bank Group in mid-2021, following a rebranding and conversion to include retail and corporate banking, together with the historical business banking division. Access Bank SA forms part of a financial services conglomerate with a well-established international presence, including subsidiaries in 12 African countries, the UK and the UAE as well as representative offices in China, India and Lebanon. Access Bank SA has developed a comprehensive suite of personal, corporate, business and alliance banking solutions. It pursues a relationship-centred banking model that focuses on people rather than products. Business clients benefit from a dedicated relationship manager who will make on-premises visits to ensure the bank has a full understanding of a company&#8217;s needs. Relationship managers serve as the single point of contact for business clients and help to tailor solutions to their needs. Businesses run smoother with access to everyday banking solutions, including online banking, transactional accounts, bank guarantees and attorney trust accounts. Borrowing solutions consist of commercial loans and financing to cover working capital as well as the purchase of vehicles, property and other crucial assets.
