KPMG in Saudi Arabia (Legal Name: KPMG Professional Services) is an independent member firm of KPMG International within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The private joint stock company is led by 77 shareholders, which includes both citizens and expatriate residents in its shareholder base. The firm specialises in audit, tax, and advisory services, working from a country rather than regional model, which allows it to place more emphasis on improving its relationship with regulators. KPMG in Saudi Arabia was founded in 1992 and employs 1,634 full-time professionals (as of December 2022) through its local footprint which includes Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar.
