The insurance industry has been quick to recognise the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a driver of growth and sustainability. The panel regards Zurich as an exemplar of social value creation in its industry and is delighted to confirm the award Best Sustainable Insurer Switzerland 2018.
