Nordea Asset Management: Best ESG Team Europe 2024

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) has championed responsible investment for over three decades, beginning in 1988 with the launch of its first sector-screened fund. As of September 2024, NAM’s Responsible Investment (RI) assets under management (AUM) reached €196bn, representing 73 percent of its total AUM. NAM’s commitment to active ownership drives impactful engagements, including its flagship methane reduction campaign, which seeks to curb methane emissions with 63 oil, gas, and utility companies.
