Why memorise multiple passwords and make payments throughout the month when all your household bills could be bundled into one simple monthly bill? Telecom Plus is the only company in the UK to offer such a comprehensive service. It is listed as Telecom Plus on the LSE and fully regulated by Ofgem, Ofcom and the Financial Conduct Authority. Over the past 20 years, the company has won the confidence of more than 650,000 customers — and a spot on the FTSE 250 Index. The multi-service provider reported £875.8m in revenue last year. Customers can choose from packages that combine gas, electricity, broadband, landline, mobile and insurance. Telecom’s Double Gold bundle, “The Everything One”, even helps clients to control energy usage with smart meters and LED bulbs installed at no charge by the company. It features a green energy tariff and completely renewable electricity. Customers on this package could save up to 15 percent on their energy bill. They can become brand ambassadors, too, and get rewards for every successful referral. Telecom Plus has pledged to plant a tree in honour of each new full-service customer — and hopes to plant 100,000 trees by 31 March 2021. That would create a woodland area equivalent to 100 football pitches, with an absorption capacity of 20,000 tonnes of CO2. Telecom Plus supports additional CSR initiatives — including Covid relief and plastic pollution education — through its non-profit UW Foundation. The CFI.co judging panel presents Telecom Plus with the 2020 award for Best ESG Multi-Utility Provider (UK).
